It also lets the user search for specific parts of a subject at different age groups and level of difficulty. There are games, activities and tests that can be used freely by the user to help with their learning. The subjects are split up into different sections so that the site does not put of younger students trying to learn.

Information Flow

BBC Bitesize has a simple layout aimed at a younger audience. It is a lot more colourful and has dedicated areas for primary and secondary education. It has subjects categorised by their level, and overall aim which makes it easier for the user to navigate around the site. The navigation bar links to other parts of the BBC sites such as News, iPlayer and TV meaning that the user can easily get from one part of the BBC site to the other with relative ease. The user can create an account that can be easily accessed through the sign in button at the top of the page. When on the learning content there are buttons that take the user through the content one step at a time, making it a lot easier for the user to learn and to try and keep younger children interested.
